Clinical Director
Accredited Social Worker
BPsychSc, MSW, AASW

Michelle is an Accredited Social Worker and Clinical Resource Therapist with more than a decade of experience across government, community and specialist clinical settings.

Her professional background includes senior leadership roles within statutory, high-risk and trauma-focused services, including trauma-related work within a paediatric hospital. This experience has shaped a calm, grounded and practical approach to supporting people through complex and deeply personal circumstances.

Michelle works predominantly with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, attachment and developmental trauma, chronic or invisible illness, grief and significant life changes.

Her practice is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and built around safety, collaboration and genuine respect. Michelle believes that the therapeutic relationship is not simply one part of therapy—it is the foundation that makes meaningful therapeutic work possible.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and Master of Social Work and has completed advanced training in EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Resource Therapy or parts work. She is currently accepting clients aged 13 and over and has limited availability for professional supervision.
